Maison Lausanne Return and Refund Policy
At Maison Lausanne, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us at hello@maisonlausanne.com.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it;
- In its original packaging;
- Not damaged, worn, washed, altered, or used;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@maisonlausanne.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Gift cards;
- Final sale items;
- Personalized or custom-made products;
- Used, damaged, washed, or altered items;
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@maisonlausanne.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work to make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.
